Birth Certificate - Late Declaration This research service allows the customer to request and obtain the extract of a Birth Certificate where the declaration was done later than 3 months after the birth. Unless the specific book reference is known, this research is more involved, requires more resources, time & expense. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Birth Certificate - Timely Declaration This research service allows the customer to request and obtain the extract of a Birth Certificate that was declared to a “Civil-State Officer” within 3 months of the birth. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Birth Certificate - Declaration of Third Party This research service allows the customer to request and obtain the extract of a Birth Certificate where the birth was declared by a person other than the parents.
